1993	Formatech founded
1996	Service expanded to include NCEs
2000	Construction of aseptic manufacturing facility begins
2001	Aseptic fill/finish facility opens
2003	Formatech is the first US-based CTM manufacturer to be inspected by and receive MHRA's letter of compliance
2004	FDA audit completed with no 483s issued
2005	MHRA inspection completed; letter of compliance issued
2005	FDA audit completed with no 483s issued
2008	MHRA inspection completed; certificate of compliance issued
2008	Manufacturing capacity expanded with the addition of a second lyophilizer
2009	Fillanthropy Program established
2009	Formatech expands facility with additional 16,000 square feet of office and laboratory space; bringing the total to 51,000 square feet
