Safety
The safety of neuDocetaxel has been evaluated against Taxotere® to determine the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD). The MTD for neuDocetaxel administered to mice (1 injection/day x 3) is 45 mg/kg. This study confirms that the neuNanoParticle formulation provides improved safety and tolerability relative to Taxotere.

Efficacy
The efficacy study using human ovarian cancer xenograft at MTD of neuDocetaxel has been completed and data is presented below. The efficacy studies with human prostate and colon cancer xenograft mouse models are currently underway.
